Delivery of load in accordance with a contract

To provide the presence of load and commercial invoice or a proper equivalent report in accordance with the terms of sales contract (agreements) and also any other information, that confirms the accordance of load to the terms of contract, which can be requested by contract.

Licenses, certificates and formalities

To get on one's own risk and for one's own account any license to an export or other official certificate and to execute all customs formalities for the export of load.

Contract on transportation and insurance

To conclude an agreement on ordinary terms for one's own account on transportation of load to the stipulated point of setting, which is usually used for transportation of load which is indicated in a contract.

Delivery

To deliver a load to the point of destination in the stipulated terms.

Transmission of charges

To pay all charges, related to the load, to that moment, when it is delivered in the point of destination, and also to pay charges on custom formalities, and also all duties, taxes and other official accounts, which are subject for payment at the export of loads.

Notification to the client

To inform a client that a load is delivered in the point of destination, and also to reveal him all other information that is necessary for the client in an order to receive the load.

Verification - packing - marking

To pay all charges, caused by verification of load (such as: quality control, measuring, weighing, count), necessary for the grant of load.
To provide for one's own account packing of load (an exception case is when in this industry of trade the conditioned by a contract load it is usually accepted to send without packing), necessary for the method of transporting of load.
Packing must be marked accordingly.

Other obligations

At the request of a client to render on his risk and for his account complete assistance in the receipt of any documents or equivalent electronic reports, in-use or given out in the country of loading and/or in a country of load’s origin, which may be necessary to the buyer for the import of load and, if necessary, for transit transportation through the third countries.
To provide a client on his request with all necessary information for realization of insurance.
